Various New York Bridges, NYC Photos Gallery - Page 3
Here's a photo of the Queensboro Bridge near night time. George Washington Bridge with the little red light house in the fore front.
Queensboro Bridge at the near night hours. Yet another bridge which crosses the East River, it connects Manhattan Island with the Borough of Queens. Built from 1901-1909 this bridge has a total length of 7,449 feet. The Great and Majestic George Washington Bridge. It's interesting how each of our bridges bare a different personality. This one which crosses the Hudson River to connect NYC with the State of New Jersey is really something else. Crossing it is quite a true treat as you get wonderful views up and down and from way above the Hudson and the Palisades on the Jersey side makes it an even bigger treat!
With a length of 7,140 feet, the GWB was built from 1927-1931.

At the foot of the Williamsburg Bridge. Underneath the Williamsburg Bridge facing the Brooklyn side.
The Williamsburg Bridge is yet another which crosses the East River.
It's not the most aesthetically pleasing bridge around, it's still one of our beauts.
Built from 1896-1903 this bridge has a total length of 7,308 feet.
