Brooklyn Bridge, NYC Photos Gallery - Page 3
Sunset photo from the Brooklyn Bridge. Lower Manhattan and the Sunset as seen from the Brooklyn Bridge

Sunset photos from the Brooklyn Bridge facing south along the East River with the lower part of Manhattan Island on the right side. Yours truly has yet to cross the Brooklyn Bridge or any of the other bridges for that matter during the morning hour. But rest assured it's an experience to cross the Brooklyn Bridge at least during the early evening when the Sun is shining its last hour of light upon the New York City Skyline.

Although not visible in these photos, in person one can see the Statue of Liberty in the far off distance when stretching one's sight beyond the lower Manhattan tip. In this instance the setting Sun just happens to go down at and around the same spot where Lady Liberty stands proud. Where the Sun sets would of course change throughout the year.

Brooklyn Bridge and the Manhattan Bridge. Brooklyn Bridge Tower.
Northbound photos taken of the Brooklyn Bridge. In both you can just somewhat see the Manhattan Bridge and the borough of Brooklyn in the background. These pictures were taken on a bright and clear afternoon. We were standing along the promenade which is located just off the East River's Edge between the Brooklyn Bridge and South Street Seaport.
