At the very entrance to Glenspan Arch on the south side.
You could walk along right underneath the arch to the other side and to the Woodlands part of Central Park.

Standing in the same position as the photos at the top of this page, but turning around, you'll get this view of the path and waterfall just outside of Glenspan Arch. This path you see will lead you to and from the Pool at Central Park. It's all too peaceful for words to describe.
