Skaters on the ice at Central Park's Wollman Rink. The skating here brings out the kid in all folks.
The Wollman ice skating rink at Central Park has opened and kids of all ages are joining in on the fun as Autumn's colors take hold of the park. Skates and locker rentals are always affordable and the rinks opened at most hours during the day. This particular Autumn day was a real treat for all of NYC. Following days of rain and overcast skies, it was well welcomed.

Fall's colors can be seen everywhere within the park as ice skaters speed along. A view from the rock formation above the rink.
Folks glide along the rink's ice at Wollman Rink. Photo here was taken from above the rock formation by the rink. You'll get some really nice views from this point. Be sure not to miss it should you be in the area.
