| Photos of the waterfall
and the pond within the NY Botanical Garden. They're real beauties and
worth your trek within the Forest. The forest? Yes, it's a 40 acre stretch
of woodland within the gardens which is one of the few remaining intact
and uncut natural settings in New York City. |
According to them some of the
trees you'll find along the paths of the Forest are well over 250 years
old. You'll find quite a number of varying plantlife, trees and more during
your hike. But don't go upon it on a tiresome day since it can really take
alot of energy from one end to the other. |
