The car's headlight glares shown well. The Municipal Building can be seen through the heavy rain on this day.
It's always interesting to see the glare cast off the oncoming cars' headlights during any storm.
In the second photo above, one can see the Municipal Building in the distance.

Shelter from the Storm? maybe not. We weren't protected from the heavy rains here.
We finally reach the outskirts of Federal Plaza near the edge of Columbus Park, Chinatown. Thinking we could take shelter here we were wrong. Seems there were holes everywhere we went. Constant rushes and drippings of rainwater were prominent everywhere we turned.
