South Street Seaport, NYC Photos Gallery - Page 1
Photo of the Peking Ship. The Pavillion at the South Street Seaport basking in the Sunset.
Photos here are of one of the historic ships, the Peking, and the Pavillion at the South Street Seaport located in lower Manhattan. The Pavillion itself is a 3 story structure stocked with plenty of shops and restaurants. With plenty of fantastic views of the East River, the ships and even the 3 lower East River Bridges, the pavillion is a "must do" attraction even if you don't plan on shopping or eating. Perhaps the most exciting view from this locale is that of the Brooklyn Bridge.

Photo of the Wavertree Ship The Ambrose Ship at the Seaport.
Here are photos of the Wavertree and Ambrose ships at South Street. The other ships found here are the Pioneer, Peking, Lettie G. Howard and the W. O. Decker. One is actually welcomed to board one of these ships for a small amount which includes entrance to the South Street Seaport Museum. On a perfect day these ships and the rest of the seaport can really be fulfilling.
