As one can see, the arrival of Spring is quite apparent at least in lower
Manhattan. Actually, it's usually only at and around City Hall Park where
one can sense this since there aren't too many large parks in the areas
except for Battery Park which is much further south. The best thing about
gorgeous days such as this is the extra 'spring
and bounce' in folks' steps. Heck, nothing beats overcoming those colds,
bare days of Winter.

The topmost photo was taken along Park Row just outside of City Hall's Fences. Next pic below is of some Cherry Blossoms right at the entrance of the Brookly Bridge. Take a good look and you can spot the western most tower of the bridge in the background towards the left. Last but not least is the lowest photograph on this page featuring the shadows created by the setting sun as people head on home during the rush hour.
